Complementary Shipping
To make purchases of SterlingRichards quality products more enjoyable we offer free shipping on all orders based on the follow criteria:

• Orders in the USA over $49 will receive free shipping.
• Orders in Canada over $99 will receive free shipping.
• Orders for all other countries over $250 will receive free shipping.

All other countries and territories will be charged actual shipping costs.

On all orders under than the above minimums, the following shipping charges apply:

• US $6.95
• Canada $19.95
• International $29.95

If the purchaser has special shipping requirements, SterlingRichards at it's discretion will try to accommodate such requests. In such cases SterlingRichards will bill actual shipping charges for requested special handling.

Shipping Timeframe
SterlingRichards usually ships orders within 24 hours of placement. At times due to holidays, weather or other unavoidable circumstances shipping may be delayed. If the delay is expected to be longer than 7 days you will be notified via your contact information of the expected delay time. At such time if the delay is too long for the purchaser just notify SterlingRichards and we will glady refund your purchase price to your payment method.
